M2T Group started with one Defence veteran and a clear idea. A few years on, it's a fast-growing group of consultants, engineers and trainers delivering across Australia's most sensitive Defence programs.
M2T Solutions was founded by Brenden Matthews, a 20-year Army veteran and former Chief Engineer who saw an opportunity to bring something new to Defence: a consultancy built by people who understood it from the inside. He recognised that consulting, equipment and training didn't have to come from three different suppliers, they could come from one team that understood how they fit together. What began as one veteran and a laptop has grown into M2T Group, three capabilities, one veteran-owned team, working in step. Consulting, specialist equipment and accredited training, delivered by the same standard, from the same source.

Brenden Matthews
Founder and Director
Brenden founded M2T Solutions after 20 years in Defence, including roles as a Chief Engineer and Program Manager. He built the business on his own reputation in the Defence industry and now leads M2T Global while overseeing the group's growth across all three companies.
Varun Singh
General Manager, M2T Solutions
Varun is a former Army officer who joined M2T Solutions on project work before moving into operations and business development. He now leads the running of M2T Solutions day to day and its growth across Defence panels and programs.
Myfanwy MacLean
M2T Training
Myfanwy brings a background in marketing, training and development to M2T Training, where she leads the development of new accredited qualifications and targeted skills courses for the Defence and government sector.
